Appellants, St. Louis Southwestern Railway Company; W. D. Simpson, B. 0. Hank-ins and J. A. Massey, the crew on the train in question; and Gerald Slocum, the signal maintainer for the “Cotton Belt” Railroad, appeal from a judgment in favor of administrators of the estates of Tommy N. Jackson, Catherine Jackson, Tommy N. Jackson, Jr., and Melinda Jackson, all deceased.
