This appeal necessitates a study of Act 255 of 1957, insofar as concerns mental anguish. Mr. and Mrs. Eugene H. Eubanks and Mr. and Mrs. Albert Henley were all killed in an automobile collision that occurred between the Eubanks car and a truck belonging to McClure Gin Company. Separate actions were instituted against the McClure Gin Company and its driver, James T. Peugh.
