Before the Court is Defendants SSOE Systems, Inc.; SSOE, Inc.; Cianbro Corporation; Cianbro Equipment, LLC; Cianbro Fabrication and Coating Corporation; Warrant Environment, Inc.; and Engineered Crane Systems of America’s Motion for Summary Judgment.
