OPINION

{¶ 1} This is an appeal by plaintiff-appellant, Functional Furnishings, Inc., from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, denying appellant's motion for summary judgment and dismissing its claims with prejudice.

{¶ 2} On March 17, 2005, appellant filed a complaint against defendant-appellee, Dana White ("White"), alleging causes of action for breach of contract, breach of duty of good faith, and intentional and/or negligent misrepresentation.
