Before the Court is the Debtors’ Motion for Order Modifying Procedures for Interim Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses and the United States Trustee’s Objection thereto. For the reasons set forth below, we grant the Motion.
I.FACTUAL BACKGROUND
On January 18, 2000, Mariner Post-Acute Network, Inc., and several of its affiliates (“MPAN”) and Mariner Health Group, Inc., and several of its affiliates (“MHG”) (collectively “the Debtors”) filed voluntary petitions under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code.
