Before the Court are Defendant’s Objections [Doc. #19] to the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge [Doc. # 18] denying in part and granting in part Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss [Doc. #2].

In short, Plaintiff Karen Gehrt filed a four-count Complaint against Defendant University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Cooperative Extension Service alleging: (I) sexual harassment under Title VII; (II) violations of the Equal Pay Act; (III) age discrimination under the ADEA; and (IV) retaliation under Title VII.
