This is an appeal by Stephanie Gibson and James Dunlap1 (hereinafter “Appellants”) from a final order of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County dismissing Consumer Credit and Protection Act (hereinafter “CCPA”) claims for failure to file a complaint within the applicable statute of limitations period.
