OPINION AND ORDER ON OBJECTION TO CONFIRMATION AND MOTION FOR VALUATION

I. Preliminary Statement

This contested matter presents a dispute over the valuation of a 52-acre tract of real estate and the improvements thereon. The dispute arises in the context of an objection to debtors’ proposed Chapter 13 plan (“Plan”) and the related motion for valúa tion which have been asserted by Judi's, Inc. (“Judi’s”). The Court has jurisdiction over this contested matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1384(b) and the General Order of Reference entered in this judicial district.…
