THE PLAN AND THE CREDITOR’S OBJECTION

In 1985, debtors executed a note secured by a mortgage on their home. Under the provisions of the National Housing Act, the mortgagee was issued a Certificate of Insurance by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”). National Mortgage Company (“National”) is the ser-vicer of the note for the mortgagee.
