I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff David G. Finch (“Finch”) has filed suit against his former employer, defendant Hercules, Incorporated (“Hercules”), alleging he was discriminated against based on his age in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-34.
