MEMORANDUM
JOYNER, District Judge.
Plaintiff Sharon K. Sarko (“Plaintiff’) alleges in this action that Defendant Penn-Del Directory Co. (“Penn-Del” or “Defendant”) discharged her in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621 ef seq., Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-l et seq., the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), § 12101 et seq., and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (“PHRA”), 43 Pa.
