We overrule appellee’s motion for rehearing, withdraw our previous opinion, and issue this substitute opinion in its place.
In this insurance coverage dispute, the insurer filed suit seeking a declaration that it had no duty to reimburse its insured and two other carriers for the costs they incurred in settling a personal injury suit.
