OPINION
WILKINSON, Chief Judge:
Petro Stopping Centers, L.P. (“Petro Stopping”) sued James River Petroleum, Inc. (“James River”), alleging federal and common law trademark infringement, federal and common law unfair competition, federal dilution, and Virginia false advertising claims.
