In this interlocutory appeal, we agreed to review on an expedited basis the denial of a preliminary injunction to MicroStrate-gy, Incorporated, which seeks to enjoin Motorola, Incorporated, from use of a purported MieroStrategy trademark. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
