Defendant, Joseph Marino, was found guilty by a Du Page County jury of the offenses of burglary (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 38, par. 19 — 1(a)) and possession of burglary tools (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 38, par. 19 — 2). He was sentenced to serve a term of 6 to 18 years’ imprisonment.
