The question presented in this case is whether the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County erred in denying the motion to suppress evidence seized by District of Columbia police officers after they entered Prince George’s County, Maryland. Appellant challenges the validity of the officers’ actions as violating the Maryland Uniform Act on Fresh Pursuit.
