Appeal from a judgment of the county court of Waukesha county: M. S. Geiswold, Judge. The plaintiff, then about thirty-five years of age, having been long a sufferer from uterine trouble, which, however, did not incapacitate her from doing the ordinary work of a farmer’s wife, went for treatment to the defendant, who maintained at Oconomowoc a sanitarium for the treatment of chronic diseases of various sorts.

Numerous specific assignments of error are alleged and argued. They will be considered in the order of their presentation.

The contention of appellant that error was committed in refusing to remand the present case to the circuit court after the trial had been completed and the verdict rendered is wholly untenable. -It is predicated alone upon the fact that no written order directing the change from circuit to county court was signed hy the judge.
