This suit arises out of a crossing accident in the village of Holly at the intersection of defendant’s railroad tracks with Oakland street. The accident resulted in the death of plaintiff’s son, Virgil Fairchild, who was then 17 years of age. Plaintiff recovered $12,500. Defendant reviews on writ of error.
