R.E.C. Interests, Inc., filed a trespass to try title suit against some thirty defendants, including Donnie M. Wilson, and cited them by publication. After a trial to the court, judgment was rendered against these defendants. Tony Montgomery, as devisee under Wilson’s will and as independent coexecutor of Wilson’s estate, appeals, contending the trial court erred by failing to comply with the requirements of Tex.R. Civ.
