Affirming.
Appellant, Kentucky Association of Highway Contractors, was incorporated under section 879, Kentucky Statutes. It has no capital stock and was not organized for the purpose of engaging in business for gain. It comes directly within the terms of the statute providing for the organization of such corporations "from which no private pecuniary profit is to be derived." The articles of incorporation that gave it existence were executed on the 8th of February, 1921, and they provide: "The nature of the business, objects and purposes proposed to be transacted, promoted and carried on is…
