This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Motions for Summary Judgment. Plaintiffs are schools districts seeking to recover funds held by debtor/defendant CMC Telecom, Inc. Plaintiffs contend that the funds belong to the school districts and are not property of Debtor’s bankruptcy estate.
