Lucy Currie, a nonresident, acting by her agent, W. B. Currie, brought this suit against D. M. Trammell, on two promissory notes, each note executed by Trammell and payable to Lucy Currie, one dated October 11, 1919, for $30,000, one year after date, bearing interest from date, and-providing for the payment of attorney fees; the other note for $1,400, dated June 9, 1920, payable on demand, and bearing interest from date, and providing for the payment of attorney fees, and on which second note was a credit of $1,293.73, and to foreclose a mortgage lien on 500 head of cows and their increase…
