Banke, Judge.

The defendant appeals his conviction for driving while under the influence of intoxicants.

The defendant was stopped by a patrol officer for driving his pickup truck over the center line of the highway. The arresting officer testified that he smelled alcohol on the defendant and asked if he had been drinking. The defendant replied affirmatively and consented to a breathalizer ("balloon”) test.
