The plaintiff was injured in a collision of two automobiles. The facts are undisputed. The defendant was a co-owner of one of these automobiles. He and his brother purchased it, each paying one-half of the purchase price and the car being licensed in both names. The testimony is that they were joint owners. Each drove the car whenever he wished to do so without asking permission of the other. That was their common understanding of their rights.
