It is alleged by the plaintiff that, on the evening of the 19th of December, 1928, she received severe personal injuries, while riding as a passenger in a Ford coupé automobile, which, at the time of the accident, was going north on Fourth Street in the city of Des Moines, at a reasonable rate of speed, and on the right side of the street; that the said automobile was struck on its right side by a police patrol wagon, which was coming from the east on Court Avenue, which vehicle was owned by the city of Des Moines, and was being driven by the defendant G-len Crawford, one of the employees of…
