Stepanian v. Moskovitz

Plaintiff commenced this action in a justice court of Wayne county to recover $500 which he had paid as a binder or earnest money on the purchase of a property in Detroit called 35 Edmund Place, consisting of a lot 60x100 feet with a large rooming house upon it, the price to him being $41,500.
