The defendant in these consolidated cases has moved for summary judgment dismissing the second and third causes of action in each case. The alleged facts in these actions are as follows:
These actions arise out of an explosion which occurred at the branch plant of the Southwest Manufacturing Company (hereafter called “Southwest”) in Adams, Wisconsin, on January 19, 1959. Southwest was in the business of fabricating fiberglass boats.
