Plaintiffs Mark Visco (‘Visco”) and Christopher Watson (‘Watson”) (collectively “Plaintiffs”) filed this collective action against Defendant Aiken County, South Carolina (“Defendant” or the “County”), on behalf of themselves and all others similarly situated, alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 201-219. (See ECF Nos. 1, 49.)
