Plaintiff-Appellant, Harold Vogelsang, commenced this action in the Circuit Court of Tazewell County seeking to recover on an insurance policy issued by DefendantAppellee, Credit Life Insurance Company. The court granted defendant’s motion for judgment on the pleadings from which judgment plaintiff has appealed.
