OPINION OF THE COURT

Memorandum.

The order of the Appellate Division should be affirmed.

A distinction must be drawn between conflict of interest cases involving representation of several defendants by one attorney and the potential for conflict resulting when a defendant’s attorney accepts the offer of a position with the prosecutor’s office.
