This matter is before the Court for consideration of cross-motions for summary judgment. Plaintiff Cascade Yarns, Inc., (“Cascade”) has filed a motion for summary judgment against all defendants on Counts I through IV of the Fourth Amended Complaint (“FAC”) and has requested oral argument.
