A paper, purporting to he the last will and testament of the deceased, is offered for probate.. The circumstances attending the drafting of this paper are certainly unique: The deceased was an Italian, and the paper appears to have been drawn by a notary public, who is an Italian by birth, but speaks English so imperfectly that it was necessary for him to give his testimony through the medium of an interpreter.
