The respondents and appellants were adjudged guilty of contempt hy the District Court of San Juan and now seek a reversal of that judgment. The essential facts involved in the contempt proceeding are as follows: .

On April 21, 1944, Attorney Luis E. Dubón brought an action against José Casanova Cintron to recover $10,000 as damages for an assault and battery alleged to have been committed by the defendant against the plaintiff.
