— In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to, inter alia, compel payment to petitioners of suspended salary increases and recalculation of their retirement allowances by including *619such amounts in the final average salary of each petitioner, the Board of Education of the City of Yonkers appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Rubenfeld, J.), entered April 16, 1981, as denied its motion to dismiss the petition under CPLR 7804 (subd [f]).
