HEANEY, Circuit Judge.

City National Bank and Trust Company appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri. It contends that the trial court erred in holding that the United States was entitled to indemnification for checks paid by the United States upon presentment by the Bank with prior endorsements guaranteed. The decision of the trial court is reported at 349 F.Supp. 1188 (W.D.Mo.1972).
