State v. Casarez

Defendant appeals from judgment of conviction of unlawfully and intentionally tampering with a motor vehicle, Minn. St. 609.605, and from the denial of his motion to withdraw his plea of guilty. A complete transcript of the court proceedings at the time of the acceptance of defendant’s plea of guilty is not available. We reversé the conviction and in the interests of justice discharge defendant from custody.
