Nancy Mannikko (Plaintiff) seeks damages from defendant Harrah’s Reno, Inc. (Harrah’s) for alleged retaliatory discharge because Plaintiff filed a sex discrimination complaint with the Nevada Equal Rights Commission (NERC) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Plaintiff also seeks damages for claimed breach of an implied contract of employment.
