This is an appeal from a temporary injunction. It appears from the record before us that the Attorney General of this State filed a petition in the District Court of Parker County, Texas, against George Beggs, Jr., Individually and as Independent Executor of the Estate of Edward Disney Farmer, Deceased, and Edward W. Taylor, Gertrude Farmer, and Harry T. Moore, “Bishop of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Dallas, in the State of Texas.” No attempt is made to make the heirs of Farmer parties defendant.
