The Attorney General of Texas and the County Attorney of Travis County, in their official capacities, are prosecuting a civil suit in the 53rd District' Court of such county in the name of the State of Texas against J. Lee Wilson, and numerous other defendants, some natural and others corporate. Emory H. Hughes, relator here, is one of such defendants. The State’s petition in the district court is rather lengthy.
