This case involves the interpretation of sec. 893.15, Stats. (1977) (now sec. 893.33), com monly referred to as the thirty-year statute. Specifically, we are being asked to interpret the public entity exception to the statute. That exception states “nor does this section apply to any real estate or interest therein while the record title thereto remains in the state or any political subdivision or municipal corporation thereof.”
