Eight informations were filed in the Court of Special Sessions by the District Attorney of New York county against this defendant. There are seven judgments of conviction against him, one of the informations having been dismissed. The first information contained two counts, the first count charging the defendant with violation of section 340 of the Banking Law (Cons. Laws, ch. 2) and the second count with violation of section 357. On both of these counts he was convicted.
