This is an appeal from an order and judgment denying plaintiff s-appellants’ request for a mandatory injunction to compel defendants-respondents to publish an advertisement in defendants’ newspaper.

Defendants are in the business of printing, publishing and distributing two newspapers in Wisconsin, The Milwaukee Journal and The Milwaukee Sentinel. Plaintiffs allege in their complaint that the defendants published a series of “investigative reports” in The Milwaukee Journal which dealt with the quality of care and services in several nursing homes.
