John P. Haselow appeals an order reopening a default judgment against Grant Gauthier and a later order dismissing Haselow's action against Gauthier with prejudice. Haselow challenges the order reopening the default judgment on a finding that he failed to use due diligence in his attempt to obtain personal service of process upon Gauthier. He also asserts that the circuit court's subsequent order dismissing Haselow's action with prejudice is in error.
