Weiss v. Bergen
Connecticut Appellate Court
1Opinion of the Court
Opinion
MIHALAKOS, J.
The defendant, Robert L. Bergen, Jr., appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered following the granting in part of the motion for additur filed by the plaintiff, Dorothy M. Weiss, which proposed an increase in the jury award by $3000 in this personal injury action. The defendant’s sole claim on appeal is that the court improperly granted the motion. We agree with the defendant and, therefore, reverse the judgment and remand the case to the trial court with direction to reinstate the jury award.
