The defendant-appellant, Rodio & Ursillo, Ltd. (“Rodio”), challenges an adverse jury verdict in the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island 1 awarding $41,993.80 plus interest in damages to the plaintiff-appellee, Transnational Corporation, d/b/a Danbury Airways (“Danbury”). Danbury brought this action asserting two claims which were submitted to the jury: breach of contract and quantum meruit. Rodio raises two issues on appeal.
