MANNION, United States Magistrate Judge.

Before the court is the defendant’s motion for summary judgment. For the fol lowing reasons, the court will grant the motion.

I. Procedural History

The plaintiff commenced this action on September 21, 2005, by filing her complaint. (Doc. No. 1.) In the complaint, the plaintiff accuses the defendant of disability-based discrimination and related offenses. She raises six counts.
