Napoleon Richardson and Francisco Chai-mowicz, the executors of the estate of Concepcion Brodermann Stuetzel, appeal from *502the judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Thomas C. Platt, Jr., Judge, dismissing their complaint.
