This is an action brought by the plaintiffs, as special administrator of the estate of Jessie Mae Robeson and her heirs-at-law, against defendants, the special administrator of the estate of Tom G. Denny and the deceased’s employer, Morgan Supply Company, Inc. The case arises from an automobile collision in which both drivers were fatally injured. The trial court granted plaintiffs’ motion for directed verdict on liability and denied the defendants’ motion for directed verdict on plaintiffs’ survival claim. The Court of Appeals reversed…
