The defendants, Leonard Gallo, the police chief of the town of East Haven; the police *421department of the town of East Haven; and the town of East Haven have filed a motion to dismiss “all claims against the East Haven Police Department.” The basic position of the defendants is that the plaintiff, Dolores Hall, lacks standing to bring the claims.
