This matter is before the Court on Defendants Renville County and Ned Wohlman’s Motion to Dismiss. (Dkt. 10.) For the reasons discussed below, the Motion is granted. BACKGROUND In 2018, after being convicted of various federal firearm-related crimes, Plaintiff Chad Lee Monson was sentenced to 36 months’ imprisonment and a subsequent term of supervised release.
